Our second farmers market gig started with a bit of sprinkly rain but ended up being really lovely. There was a nice breeze coming in across the lake that was cooling despite the warm late-summer temps. It’s always so encouraging to hear people’s comments about our music and song choices. We love the songs we play, and have so much fun doing it and it’s great to see others enjoying it too. Dancing feet or singing lips are high praise, IMO.
True to form, I neglected to take a photo. I really wish there was a way to get photos/videos from folks who took them of us… there are so many times that I’ll see people videoing bits of songs and I’d LOVE to have those videos.
There was a woman who did a really great view down the market and panned to us while we were playing Ventura Highway and it just felt so iconic of the summer day… If that’s you, please email me!!
